This bridge also known as the Bixby Canyon Bridge was built in 1932 and is one of the gateways into Big Sur. A pristine wilderness with stretches of never logged redwood trees, hiking trails, and endless spectacular coastline views. It is one of the most beautiful places I have had the pleasure of traveling to, and driving along the coastline on State Route 1 is one of the best scenic drives to take in the world.
